Parachute jumps Wrocław

A visit to PL Strefa Wrocław is a chance to see Lower Silesia from a completely different perspective and feel an adrenaline rush during a parachute jump. The zone operates at Szymanów Airport near Wrocław — about 30 minutes by car from the city center, with free parking on the airport grounds.

We jump from 4000 meters. The Cessna Grand Caravan takes you to this altitude in 12–15 minutes, and freefall lasts about a minute — it is the longest part of the jump and the one that stays in your memory. Then the instructor opens the canopy and for several minutes you fly calmly with a view of Wrocław and the surrounding area — in good visibility, the Sudetes are visible on the horizon.

A tandem jump in Wrocław requires no preparation. You arrive, complete ground training, get your gear, and fly strapped to an instructor who leads the entire jump — from exiting the plane to landing. You do not need to know anything or bring anything: what matters is being healthy enough to jump and deciding that you want to do it. The entire stay at the zone usually takes several hours, because we schedule times according to the weather and flight order.

You can choose to jump on your own or with video footage. In the filming package, a camera flyer accompanies you in the air — you cannot take photos yourself during freefall, so this is the only way to have something more than just a memory from the jump. The VIP option adds a second camera and footage of the flight under an open canopy, which standard filming does not include. Near Wrocław, we also run parachute training for people who want to jump independently. The AFF course starts with theoretical training and the first jumps with instructors, and the subsequent levels lead all the way to a license. For those who are undecided, we have MINI AFF — a shorter option that lets you check whether independent jumping is the right direction for you.

The Wrocław zone serves the entire south-western part of Poland. The shortest drive is for residents of Wrocław, but within one or two hours by car are also Legnica (approx. 70 km), Wałbrzych (approx. 75 km), Leszno (approx. 85 km), Jelenia Góra (approx. 110 km), Kalisz (approx. 115 km) and Poznań (approx. 160 km). The jumping season lasts from April to October, and the zone operates from Friday to Sunday, from 8:00 until sunset.
