BECOME AN INDEPENDENT JUMPER
AFF and MINI AFF trainings for those who want to enter the world of independent skydiving step by step, under the guidance of instructors.
AFF training, or Accelerated Freefall, is a modern training program that allows you to quickly gain the knowledge and skills needed to independently and safely perform parachute jumps. AFF training consists of: theoretical training and practical ground and air training. The most important stage of AFF training is performing a jump/jumps with a parachute with the assistance of one or two parachute instructors, to ultimately obtain a parachute jumper license and thus be able to perform independent jumps with a parachute.
What knowledge does the AFF theoretical training give you?
The AFF theoretical training is an essential introduction to independently performing a parachute jump. The training takes the form of lectures and takes place at our parachute zone headquarters. The lectures last a total of 8 hours and are divided into 2 stages. They usually start on Friday afternoon and continue on Saturday morning.
During the training, you will learn, among other things, how a parachute is constructed, so that you can later maneuver it freely – already in the skies. You will gain knowledge about what a perfect parachute jump technique looks like and how to behave during emergency situations in the air.
Ground training as part of the theory
The next element of the AFF theoretical training is ground training. At this stage, we practice the body position for the jump. You will also have contact with the parachute equipment accompanying the jump, so that you can operate it correctly.
The theoretical training ends with an internal exam. A positive exam result allows you to move on to the next stage of AFF training, which is practical training.
Practical training – YOUR FIRST INDEPENDENT PARACHUTE JUMPS
During practical training, you will gain the ability to jump out of the plane, maintain the correct body position during free fall, independently open the parachute at the appropriate height, fly under the canopy and maneuver the parachute, and safely land in the designated zone.
Practical exam – what does it look like and what after?
The AFF course ends with a practical exam, after which you can perform independent jumps under the supervision of an instructor.
The exam involves correctly performing the instructor's commands during the flight and after jumping out of the plane.
How to sign up for AFF training?
We warmly invite you to sign up for the AFF course at our parachute zone. To sign up for the AFF course, you need to log into our jumper system, appropriate for the given zone. If you want to take the course at our Silesia parachute zone in Gliwice – we invite you to log in by clicking here, if you would like to take training at our Baltic seaside zone – we invite you to log in by clicking here .
After registering in the system, you will be asked to choose the date of training that interests you. Once you fill in all the fields and register in the jumper panel – the data will be displayed in our system and we will contact you to arrange the details. You will be asked to pay 350 PLN for theoretical training, after which we will ask for payment for the jump with two instructors. All payments can be made via our website using our online store. The section for future jumpers can be found by clicking here.

Parachute course – general information
AFF training, or Accelerated Free Fall, is a modern parachute course program that allows you to quickly gain the knowledge and skills necessary to perform independent and safe parachute jumps. AFF training consists of two modules: theoretical training and practical training – ground and air. The most important stage of the parachute course is performing jumps with the assistance of one or two parachute instructors. AFF training gives the opportunity to obtain a jumper license, which allows for independent jumps, thus fulfilling the dream of independent flying.
AFF theoretical training is the foundation
The theoretical training of the parachute course is an essential introduction to independently performing a parachute jump. Lectures take place at our parachute zone headquarters, are divided into two stages, and last a total of 8 hours. Meetings usually start on Friday afternoon and continue on Saturday morning.
During the parachute course, you will gain information about the construction of the parachute and its maneuverability, which will facilitate your later maneuvering of the canopy in the skies. You will learn various parachute jump techniques. We will also train you in case of emergency situations in the air.
Ground training as part of the theory
The next stage of the parachute course is ground training. At this stage, the candidate practices the jump position and body layout. You will also gain practical skills in handling equipment and the parachute itself, its proper packing, and opening the canopy during the jump.
The theoretical training of our parachute course ends with an internal exam. A positive exam result qualifies for the next stage of AFF training, which is practical training.
Practical training – Your first independent parachute jumps
During the practical part of the parachute course, you will gain the ability to correctly and safely jump out of the plane, maintain the correct body position during free fall, independently open the parachute canopy at the appropriate height, descend and maneuver the parachute, and safely land in the designated zone.
Practical exam ending the parachute course
AFF training ends with a practical exam, after which you can perform independent jumps under the supervision of an instructor.
The exam involves correctly performing commands – both during the lifting flight and after jumping out of the plane. The examiner will check your skills in proper reaction, maintaining the correct body position, and controlling the canopy after opening the parachute.
A positive exam result ends the parachute course and allows you to jump independently under the supervision of an instructor. From this moment, you will have the opportunity to soar in the clouds independently and experience extreme emotions whenever you desire.
