The company operates by carrying out tandem jumps, AFF skydiver training, and selling places for individual jumps for skydivers, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish law.

The skydiving locations are: Gliwice (PL Strefa Silesia), Elbląg (PL Strefa Baltic), Wrocław (PL Strefa Worcław), Olsztyn (PL Strefa Mazury) and Jastarnia (PL Strefa Hel).

 In the following terms and conditions, we provide you with the most important information and rules relating to the purchase of a parachute jump at our zones.

Definitions

Whenever the following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions, they shall be understood as follows:

1. Terms and Conditions – means this document, constituting the Terms and Conditions for the purchase of a voucher for parachute jumps or mini AFF training, carried out by S C Finist sp. z o.o. sp.k.

3. Service – a parachute jump at the Service Provider's zones or mini AFF training, carried out by the Service Provider

4. Voucher – a paper or electronic document purchased on the Service Provider's website at: plstrefa.pl, entitling the holder to use the Service

• Service Recipient/Customer – the entity purchasing the Voucher on the Service Provider's website at: plstrefa.pl, 

Purchase of voucher

In order for the company to provide the service, it is necessary to purchase a voucher for a jump or mini AFF training on our website plstrefa.pl  in the ,,SHOP” tab.

The prices of individual vouchers listed on the website plstrefa.pl/skoki/cennik include VAT at the rate applicable on the date of purchase of the voucher. 

The purchasing system on our zone is subject to full fiscalization. For both your and our convenience. This allows you to check the payment status and payment history for a given order at any time. It also helps with refunds and complaints. Thanks to it, we have access to the history of each order. Due to this, we accept only electronic payments – made by traditional bank transfer or via PAYU. Card payments are also available at the zone. Available payment methods by payment card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard, Electronic, Maestro. The entity providing online payment services is mElements S.A. 

Confirmation of purchases made on our website is a voucher in pdf form, sent to the internet address indicated by the customer in the order, together with the order number. The order number is also the voucher number.

Please note that payments via PAYU are posted once a day – on business days – which means that a payment made on a given day may reach us on the next business day. 

If you choose to pay by bank transfer – depending on the bank – the payment may reach us within two business days from the moment of payment.

Posting of the payment to our account determines the change of the order status to “completed”. The order processing time is counted from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account, regardless of the chosen payment method.

Voucher fulfillment

1. A voucher for a tandem jump is fulfilled based on a reservation of the jump date and time made by the Customer on our website at https://manifest.plstrefa.pl/ reservation on the designated dates, marked in the jump schedules.

2. The jump dates may vary depending on the jump location  – selected by the Customer. The jump schedule is launched when the jumping season opens and closed when it ends.

3. Parachuting depends on the weather – if the weather conditions are favorable and allow jumps to be carried out safely and comfortably – we open the jumping season – usually in April–May. The jumping season lasts as long as the weather conditions are favorable, usually until November. Information regarding the opening and closing of the jumping season is posted on our website and on the company's social media channels.

Electronic and paper voucher

1. After placing an order, the Customer receives an electronic voucher to the email address indicated in the order, for self-printing and completion. Together with the voucher, the order number is sent along with the voucher in pdf format. The order number is also the voucher number. If the Customer wishes, they may receive a printed paper voucher – sent to the address indicated in the order. The voucher is in DL format, printed on 300 gsm coated paper. Due to data security and to prevent it from falling into unauthorized hands, the voucher is sent INBLANCO – to be completed by the Customer. The Customer then bears only the cost of shipping the Voucher, i.e. PLN 35, added and payable together with the voucher sale price. The voucher is sent within 7 business days by INPOST courier. It is possible to send the voucher only to an address within Poland. 

Voucher validity

1. A voucher purchased on our website plstrefa.pl is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The voucher should be used within this period. After the date indicated in the offer, it is invalid, and the Customer is not entitled to request a refund.
   The exception is promotional offers, where due to the shorter voucher validity period – its price is lower. This is clearly specified in the particular offer.

2. Extension of validity. A voucher that is still valid may be extended for an additional 3 months for a fee, counted from the date of payment for the extension. The extension must be purchased before the voucher expires – the product “Voucher validity extension” on the website plstrefa.pl – at a price of PLN 350 for each jump listed on the voucher.

3. Reactivation of an expired voucher. A voucher that expired no more than 6 months ago may be reactivated for 3 months for a fee, counted from the date of payment for reactivation – the product “Reactivation of an expired voucher” on the website plstrefa.pl – at a price of PLN 650 for each jump listed on the voucher. A voucher that expired more than 6 months ago is not eligible for reactivation.

4. After the payment for extension or reactivation is posted, we send an email confirmation with the new validity date. From that moment, the date in the confirmation applies, not the date printed on the voucher.

5. PL Strefa has no influence on the extension of the validity of vouchers purchased from our intermediaries.

 Reservation of jump date and time

1. Jump reservations are made in our booking system – available on the website plstrefa.pl in the tab to reserve a tandem jump date.

2. Reservations are made based on the order number received at the email address provided in the order. After making a reservation – it is confirmed by an email sent to the provided email address..
   Our employee will contact you by sending an SMS to the phone number provided in the reservation form – no later than the day before the jump, to confirm the reservation and provide information regarding preparation for the jump.

3. Reservation of a jump through our system is binding. The Customer is obliged to inform PL Strefa of a change in the jump reservation date at least 7 days in advance – by calling the phone number corresponding to the zone location.

4. A tandem jump may be rescheduled by PL Strefa to another date – due to bad weather or technical conditions. In such a case, we reschedule the tandem jump to the nearest available date convenient for the Customer. Information regarding the rescheduling of the jump is communicated to the Customer by phone as soon as possible. The Customer is not entitled to request a refund of the voucher value due to the rescheduling of its fulfillment to another date due to weather or technical conditions.

Tandem jump procedure

– You should arrive at the zone at the time agreed during the reservation process.
– from that moment you will spend approx. 2 hours at the zone – this is the time during which you will complete the documents, undergo pre-jump training and prepare for the jump – selection of jumpsuit, harness, etc.

Restrictions on performing the jump

1. Due to safety reasons :

– the weight of the jumping person may not exceed 110 kg

– the height of the jumping person may not be less than 140 cm

– the general state of health of the jumping person must allow for a safe jump – any deviations from the generally accepted norm should be reported to your doctor and the possibility of making the jump should be consulted with them

PL Strefa staff will refuse to carry out the jump with a person whose condition indicates the use of intoxicants – the funds for the purchased jump will not be refunded in such a case – so plisss – let's celebrate after the jump has been completed.

1. Minors – due to legal regulations  – should appear for the jump with their parents or legal guardians, and the consent for the jump should be signed by all guardians or both parents.

Refund of purchased voucher

Did you buy a voucher as a gift, and the recipient was not as enthusiastic about the jump as YOU? Have you changed your mind and want to wait a bit longer before making the jump? Has SOMETHING happened that you did not anticipate and you cannot make the jump? Don't worry and remember that…:

1. Every product purchased on our website is refundable within 14 days from the date of purchase – without giving a reason.

1. The desire to return the product should be reported to us by sending an email to kontakt@plstrefa.pl. The email should include the voucher number – assigned during the purchase process – and the account number to which we are to transfer the money. 

2. The money will be refunded to the bank account from which the purchase was made – no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the request. In the case of a refund for a transaction made by the customer by payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.

3. Used vouchers are non-refundable.

 Complaints

We put in a huge effort to ensure that the services we offer are performed with the utmost care – however, if anything goes wrong, write to us – we will do our best to make the parachute jump bring only pleasant memories!

1. The Customer has the right to complain about the services performed by us.

1. The complaint should be submitted within 14 days from the moment the service is performed by PL Strefa.

2. The complaint should include the Service Recipient's details, i.e. first and last name, address, order number and the name of the Service for which the voucher was purchased, as well as a brief description of the problem and the grounds for the complaint.

3. Information regarding the complained service should be sent to us in writing – to the email address kontakt@plstrefa.pl. To speed up the complaint handling process, we also invite you to contact us on our Facebook profiles.

1. PL Strefa has 14 days to consider the complaint and propose a solution. However, we strive to respond without delay.

2. Rescheduling the jump date to another date due to unfavorable weather and technical conditions is not subject to complaint.

Information regarding GDPR

We inform you that on 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) entered into force

Below is information on the rules for processing personal data, which we provide in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.   Consent to the processing of personal data collected in connection with the use of the website may be given by clicking “Go to the site”.

Every effort has been made to ensure technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR”) in connection with the processing of data such as (First name, Last name, PESEL, contact details, etc.) as well as your consent to the processing of personal data. These are independent legal bases functioning separately.

Reason for processing personal data

Your data are processed for the purposes of completing purchases on our website and for marketing purposes. We personalize content and ads and analyze activity on the website and on the Internet.

Period of processing personal data

Personal data will be processed, in the case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, until it is withdrawn. Personal data will also be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above, and after that period until the limitation period for any claims expires or until the expiry of data retention obligations arising from legal provisions.
If the processing of data is based on consent given, there is a right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

 Rights related to the processing of personal data:

 In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

3. restrict the processing of your personal data,

4. object to the processing of your personal data,

6. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by your particular situation, or

Consent

If you consent to the controller processing your personal data obtained in connection with your use of the website for marketing purposes and other technologies by storing information or accessing information already stored in the subscriber's or end user's telecommunications terminal equipment (e.g. your computer, laptop, smartphone), click “go to the site“. Giving consent is completely voluntary, but necessary to enable us to tailor our services to your preferences. If you do not wish to give consent, please leave the website.

Cookies and analytics 

• The website plstrefa.pl may use cookies and other similar technologies (hereinafter collectively: “cookies”). Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and stored on the side of the person visiting the website (e.g. on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone – depending on the device used by the user). 

• These files are needed for traffic analysis and are not necessary for the proper functioning of websites. We provide an easy way to disable these files. 

• By default, most web browsers available on the market accept the saving of cookies by default. Everyone has the option to define the conditions for using cookies through the settings of their own web browser. Final provisions

1. The law applicable to the contract concluded under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions is Polish law.

2. Any disputes arising from the conclusion or performance of the service contract shall be settled by the competent common court. 

3. If you are a consumer, you have the option of using out-of-court complaint handling and claim settlement procedures – detailed information on dispute resolution procedures can be found at: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/. The consumer also has the option of using the EU ODR online platform for online dispute resolution, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

4. The Terms and Conditions enter into force upon their publication on the website plstrefa.pl 

5. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

6. The Terms and Conditions are valid until revoked.
