The company operates in the form of performing tandem jumps, AFF skydiver training, and selling places for individual jumps for skydivers, in accordance with applicable Polish law.
Skydiving locations are: Gliwice (PL Strefa Silesia), Elbląg (PL Strefa Baltic).
In the following regulations, we provide you with the most important information and rules regarding the purchase of a parachute jump at our zones.

Definitions
Whenever the following terms are used in these Regulations, they should be understood as follows:
Regulations – means this document, constituting the Regulations for the purchase of a voucher for parachute jumps or mini Aff training, carried out by S C Finist sp. z o.o. sp.k.

Service – parachute jump at the Service Provider's zones or mini Aff training, carried out by the Service Provider
Voucher – a document in paper or electronic form, purchased on the Service Provider's website at: www.plstrefa.pl, entitling to use the Service
Service Recipient/Client – an entity purchasing a Voucher on the Service Provider's website at: www.plstrefa.pl,
Voucher purchase
To perform the service by the company, it is necessary to purchase a voucher for a jump or mini Aff training on our website www.plstrefa.pl in the "SHOP" tab.
The prices of individual vouchers listed on the website https://plstrefa.pl/kup-voucher/ include VAT at the rate applicable on the day of voucher purchase.
The purchasing system at our zone is fully fiscalized. For both your and our convenience. This allows you to check the payment status, payment history for a given order at any time. It also helps with returns and complaints. Thanks to it, we have access to the history of each order. Due to this, we only accept electronic payments – made by traditional transfer or via PAYU. Card payment is also possible at the zone. Available payment methods via payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard, Electronic, Maestro. The entity providing online payment services is mElements S.A.
Confirmation of purchases made on our website is a voucher sent to the email address provided by the client in the order – in pdf format along with the order number. The order number is also the voucher number.
It should be remembered that payments via PAYU are booked once a day – on working days – this means that a payment made on a given day may reach us on the next working day.
If you decide to pay via transfer – depending on the bank – the payment may reach us up to two working days from the moment of payment.
Booking the payment on our account is determining in changing the order status to “completed”. The order processing time is counted from the moment the funds are credited to our bank account, regardless of the chosen payment method.

Voucher Redemption
The voucher for a tandem jump is redeemed based on a reservation of the jump date and time made by the Client on our website at the address https://manifest.plstrefa.pl/ reservation on designated dates, marked in the jump schedules.
Jump dates may vary depending on the jump location chosen by the Client. The jump schedule is launched when the jump season is opened and closed along with its end.
Parachute operations depend on the weather – if only the weather conditions are favorable and allow for safe and comfortable jumps – we open the jump season – usually in April – May. The jump season lasts until the weather conditions are favorable, usually until November. Information regarding the opening and closing of the jump season is posted on our website and the company's social media.
Voucher in electronic and paper form
After placing an order, the Client receives a voucher in electronic form to the email address provided in the order, for self-printing and filling out. Along with the voucher, the order number is sent along with the voucher in pdf format. The order number is also the voucher number. If the Client wishes, they can receive a printed voucher in paper form – sent to the address provided in the order. The voucher is in DL format, printed on 300g coated paper. For data security and to prevent it from falling into unauthorized hands – the voucher is sent INBLANCO – for self-completion. The Client only bears the shipping costs of the Voucher, i.e., 35 PLN, added and payable along with the voucher sale price. The voucher is sent within 7 working days by INPOST courier. Voucher shipping is only possible to an address within Poland.
Voucher validity
A voucher purchased on our website www.plstrefa.pl is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The voucher should be used within this period. After the date indicated in the offer, it is invalid, and the Client has no right to request a refund.
Exceptions are promotional offers, where due to the shorter validity date of the voucher – its price is lower. This is clearly specified in the specific offer.A voucher whose validity is about to expire can be extended for a fee until the end of the jump season in which its validity is extended. The voucher should be extended before its expiration by purchasing “voucher validity extension” on the website www.plstrefa.pl for the amount of 350 PLN. If the voucher was purchased for more than one jump – the amount of 350 PLN should be multiplied by the number of jumps listed on the voucher.
A voucher that expired no earlier than 6 months before the date of the request for its extension can be extended for a fee until the end of the jump season in which the request for its renewal was made. The voucher should be extended no later than 6 months from its expiration by purchasing “expired voucher renewal” on the website www.plstrefa.pl for the amount of 600 PLN. If the voucher was purchased for more than one jump – the amount of 600 PLN should be multiplied by the number of jumps listed on the voucher.
PL Strefa has no influence on the extension of the validity of vouchers purchased from our intermediaries.
Booking a jump date and time
Jump booking is done in our reservation system – available on the website www.plstrefa.pl in the tab book a tandem jump date.
Booking is made based on the order number received at the email address provided in the order. After booking – it is confirmed by an email sent to the provided email address..
Our employee will contact you by sending an SMS to the phone number provided in the reservation form – no later than the day before the jump, to confirm the reservation and provide information regarding jump preparation.Booking a jump through our system is binding. The client is obliged to inform PL Strefa about changing the jump reservation date with at least 7 days' notice – by calling the phone number corresponding to the zone location.
A tandem jump may be rescheduled by PL Strefa to another date – due to bad weather or technical conditions. In such a case, we reschedule the tandem jump to the next available – convenient for the Client date. Information regarding the rescheduling of the jump is provided to the Client by phone as soon as possible. The client has no right to request a refund for the voucher due to rescheduling its execution to another date due to weather or technical conditions.
Course of a tandem jump
– You should arrive at the zone at the time set during the reservation process.
– from this moment you will spend about 2 hours at the zone – this is the time during which you fill out documents, pre-jump training is conducted, and jump preparation – selection of suit, harness, etc.
Jump execution restrictions
For safety reasons:
– the weight of the jumping person cannot exceed 110 kg
– the height of the jumping person cannot be less than 140 cm
– the general health condition of the jumping person must allow for a safe jump – any deviations from the generally accepted norm should be reported to your doctor and consulted with them regarding the possibility of performing the jump
PL Strefa personnel will refuse to perform a jump with a person whose condition indicates the consumption of intoxicants – the funds for the purchased jump will not be refunded in this case – so please – let's celebrate after the jump.
Minors – due to legal regulations – should come to the jump with parents or legal guardians, and the consent for the jump should be signed by all guardians or both parents.
Return of purchased voucher
Did you buy a voucher as a gift, and the recipient was not as positive about the jump as YOU? Did you change your mind and want to wait a little longer before jumping? Did something happen that you did not foresee and you cannot jump? Don't worry and remember that…:
Every product purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase – without giving a reason.
To inform us about the desire to return the product, send an email to kontakt@plstrefa.pl. The email should contain the voucher number – assigned during the purchase process and the account number to which we should transfer the money.
The money will be returned to the bank account from which the purchase was made – within no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the notification. In the case of a refund for a transaction made by the client with a payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the client's payment card.
Used vouchers are not refundable.
Complaints
We put a lot of effort into ensuring that the services we offer are performed with the utmost care – however, if anything goes wrong, write to us – we will try to make the parachute jump bring only pleasant memories!
The client has the right to complain about the services we have provided.
The complaint should be submitted within 14 days from the moment the service was performed by PL Strefa.
The complaint should include the Service Recipient's data, i.e., name and surname, address, order number, and the name of the Service for which the voucher was purchased, as well as a brief description of the problem and the basis for the complaint.
Information regarding the complained service should be sent to us in writing – to the email address kontakt@plstrefa.pl. To expedite the complaint process, we also invite you to contact us on our Facebook profiles.
PL Strefa has 14 days to consider the complaint and propose a solution. However, we try to respond immediately.
Rescheduling the jump to another date due to unfavorable weather and technical conditions is not subject to complaint.
Information regarding GDPR
We inform you that on May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) and the Act on the protection of personal data of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) came into force
Below are the rules for the processing of personal data, which we provide in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR. Consent to the processing of personal data collected in connection with the use of the site can be given by clicking “Go to the site”.
All efforts have been made to ensure technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Legal bases for the processing of personal data:
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR”) in connection with the processing of data such as (Name, Surname, PESEL, contact details, etc.) and also your consent to the processing of personal data. These are independently functioning legal bases.
Reason for processing personal data
Your data is processed for the purposes of making purchases on our website and for marketing purposes. We personalize content and ads and analyze activity on the site and on the Internet.
Period of processing personal data
Personal data will be processed, in the case of processing personal data based on consent, until its withdrawal. Personal data will also be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above, and after this period until the expiration of any claims or until the expiration of data storage obligations resulting from legal regulations.
If data processing is based on expressed consent, there is a right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Rights related to the processing of personal data:
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

restrict the processing of your personal data,
object to the processing of your personal data,

lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by a particular situation in which you find yourself or

Consent
If you consent to the processing by the administrator of your personal data obtained in connection with your use of the sites for marketing purposes and other technologies by storing information or accessing information already stored in the subscriber's or end user's telecommunications terminal device (e.g., your computer, laptop, smartphone) click “go to the site“. The website www.plstrefa.pl may use cookies and other similar technologies (hereinafter collectively: “cookies”). Final provisions
The law applicable to the contract, concluded under the conditions specified in these Regulations, is Polish law.
All disputes arising from the conclusion or performance of the service contract will be resolved by the competent common court.
If you have consumer status, you have the option of using an out-of-court method of handling complaints and pursuing claims – detailed information on dispute resolution procedures can be found at: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/. The consumer also has the option of using the EU online ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The Regulations come into force upon their publication on the website www.plstrefa.pl
The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Regulations.
The Regulations are valid until revoked.
