How do you start the AFF course and learn to skydive on your own?
A tandem jump can be the beginning of a bigger adventure, but you do not have to do it before starting your training. The AFF course in Elbląg is designed for people who want to master the principles of jumping independently and step by step enter the world of skydiving. At PL Strefa, we combine theoretical preparation, ground exercises, and training jumps from 4000 meters. You can choose the full path or the AFF/MINI AFF course, which includes theory, ground preparation, and the first jump accompanied by two instructors.
You learn aerodynamics, equipment construction, safety rules, and emergency procedures.
You practice the correct body position on the ground, altitude awareness, parachute deployment, and landing preparation.
You perform your first jumps with two instructors, and then, as you progress, with one instructor.
You use complete parachuting equipment provided for the duration of the training.
After each jump, we analyze how it went, discuss mistakes, and point out elements that require further work.
The final stage includes a practical exam in the air, confirming mastery of the required skills.
Thanks to clearly defined stages, AFF training in Elbląg allows you to systematically develop control in freefall and prepare for solo jumps in accordance with the applicable rules.

MINI AFF from 1499 zł combines eight hours of theoretical and ground preparation with the first jump accompanied by two instructors.
