We inform you that on May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) and the Act on the protection of personal data of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) came into force
Below are the rules for processing personal data that we provide in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR. Consent to the processing of personal data collected in connection with the use of the site can be given by clicking "Go to the site".
Every effort has been made to ensure technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Legal bases for processing personal data:
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (called “GDPR”) in connection with the processing of data such as (Name, Surname, PESEL, contact details, etc.) and also your consent to the processing of personal data. These are independent functioning legal bases.
Reason for processing personal data
Your data is processed for the purposes of making purchases on our website and for marketing purposes. We personalize content and ads and analyze activity on the site and on the Internet.
Period of processing personal data
Personal data will be processed, in the case of processing personal data based on consent, until it is withdrawn. Personal data will also be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above, and after that period until the expiration of any claims or until the expiration of data storage obligations resulting from legal regulations.
If data processing is based on consent, there is a right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Consent

The website plstrefa.pl may use cookies and other similar technologies (hereinafter collectively: "cookies").
