Skydiving jump Tarnowskie Góry

Tarnowskie Góry and Gliwice are connected by national road no. 78, so you can usually get to Gliwice-Trynek airport in about half an hour — in a straight line it is about 23 km. At the zone, there is free parking for jump participants, and in the navigation you only need to enter the airport name. No experience is needed. You jump in tandem from 4000 meters, connected by a harness to a licensed instructor who is responsible for the entire jump. The plane climbs to that altitude in about 12–15 minutes, and after exiting you freefall for about 60 seconds, accelerating to over 200 km/h. Then the instructor opens the canopy and for several minutes you glide calmly over the area. The zone operates seasonally three days a week (Fri–Sun), from 8:00 until sunset. You usually spend 2–4 hours on site, and the price starts at 979 zł for a Friday jump (on the weekend 999 zł — rates are sometimes updated, so before you go check the zone price list). Dress sporty — wear long pants, a thin sweatshirt, and sturdy, full lace-up shoes, and you will get a jumpsuit and goggles at the zone.
