Gliwice Airport is located right next to Zabrze — via DK88 you can get there in about 15 minutes, without planning an all-day trip. A tandem jump from 4000 meters is performed with a licensed instructor: no course, no experience, just a short briefing on the ground. From this height you’ll see the entire Silesian metropolitan area from a completely new perspective — from Gliwice and Zabrze all the way to Katowice. After about 60 seconds of freefall, the instructor opens the parachute and you land calmly at the airport. Looking for a gift for someone from Zabrze? At the Gliwice zone, we jump seasonally from Friday to Sunday, from 8:00 until sunset. From Zabrze, it’s so close that you can easily choose Friday — then a tandem jump costs from 979 zł, and on Saturday and Sunday from 999 zł (prices may change; the current ones are shown in the price list). At the airport, reserve 2–4 hours, because besides the jump itself you’ll have a briefing, paperwork, and waiting for takeoff. With a quarter-hour drive each way, you can fit it into half a day. Come in sturdy lace-up shoes, long trousers, and a thin sweatshirt — you’ll get a jumpsuit and goggles on site.
