It's not age, but height that matters here. The minimum height for a jumper is 140 cm.

If the jumper is a minor, both parents must be present at the airport during the jump.

If one parent is absent, the consent of the other parent signed by a notary is required.

What is the maximum weight for a jumper?

The weight for a tandem jumper is 110 kg.

What if I buy someone a jump as a gift and it turns out to be unsuitable?

You can easily return the voucher within 14 days of purchase. You should email us at kontakt@plstrefa.pl . The refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.

What if I book a jump and the weather doesn't allow it?

Accepted Answer

If the weather doesn't allow for a safe jump, we cancel it via SMS or phone call to the number provided in the reservation. We make decisions as quickly as possible based on forecasts or current weather conditions. Your voucher is then released, and you can choose another jump date.

How long is a tandem jump voucher valid?

A tandem jump voucher purchased on our site is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The jump can be made according to our jump schedule during the 12 months from the purchase date.

Question 6

What if my tandem jump voucher expires?

Accepted Answer

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Before it expires, you can purchase an extension for an additional 3 months of the current jump season. If your voucher has expired, no later than 6 months from the expiration date, you can renew it. Extensions and renewals are done on our site by purchasing an extension or renewal on our site.

In which cities do you jump?

We jump in Gliwice - Silesia Zone, in Wrocław - Wrocław Zone, and in Elbląg - Baltic Zone. Recently, Mazury Zone in Olsztyn and Hel Zone in Jastarnia.

Can I jump in all your locations with a purchased voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use the voucher in all our locations. The Wrocław jump requires an additional fee.

Question 9

How much time will I spend in the zone during the jump?

Accepted Answer

We invite you to the parachute zone at the time you reserved your jump. From the moment you arrive at the zone, you will spend a maximum of 2-3 hours with us, during which we will fill out documents, train you before the jump, fit you with a suit and goggles, and sync material from the ground if you opted for video filming.

What does video filming include?

Video filming is done at our zones exclusively by skydiver cameramen. This means that during your stay at the zone, a cameraman accompanies you, conducting an interview on the ground, later in the plane, and accompanies you during free fall. The entire material from your jump is then handed over to our editor, who cuts out the coolest moments and edits an amazing film.

How will I receive the jump film?

Jump films are delivered as a download link to the email provided in the reservation. The film is prepared within three days of the jump.

How much does a tandem jump cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices start at 979 PLN for a tandem jump. Current amounts and packages — including filming and photos — can be found in the price list after selecting the zone.

Question 13

Are skydiving jumps safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The tandem set has a main parachute and a reserve parachute, as well as an automatic activation device (AAD). You jump attached to a licensed tandem instructor, and the weather always decides the execution of the jump — in unfavorable conditions, we simply arrange a new date.

What should I wear for the jump?

It's best to wear sportswear and full, lace-up shoes. It's cooler at altitude than on the ground, so bring a thin sweatshirt. You get goggles for the jump — you can wear them over glasses as well.

Can I jump with glasses or contact lenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For the jump, you will receive goggles that you can wear over prescription glasses. Contact lenses are also not an obstacle.

Can I jump with my own camera or GoPro?

Accepted Answer

No — for safety reasons, you don't jump with your own camera or GoPro. Your jump is recorded by our cameras mounted on the instructor's hands. You choose the package with filming and photos during reservation.

When does the jump season last?

Accepted Answer

The season runs from April to October. Exact days in a given zone depend on the weather and schedule — available dates can be seen during reservation.
