No problem — you can return the voucher within 14 days from the date of purchase. In that case, please email us at kontakt@plstrefa.pl.

The refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.

When the weather does not allow a safe jump, we cancel it by SMS or by phone - to the phone number provided in the booking. We make the decision as quickly as possible, as soon as the forecast or the current weather situation allows. Your voucher is then released and you can choose another jump date.

A tandem jump voucher purchased on our website is valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. The jump can be made according to our jump schedule within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The jump voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Before it expires, you can buy an extension in our shop — for 3 months, counted from the day of payment. If the voucher has already expired, but no more than 6 months ago, you can reactivate it — also for 3 months from the day of payment. In both cases, the voucher number is enough. The price applies to one jump — for a voucher for several jumps, we multiply it by their number. We will send the confirmation with the new validity date by email.

We jump in Gliwice - Strefa Silesia, in Wrocław - Strefa Wrocław and in Elbląg - Strefa Baltic. Recently also Strefa Mazury in Olsztyn and Strefa Hel in Jastarnia.

Yes, you can use the voucher at all our locations. The Wrocław jump requires an additional fee.

We invite you to the skydiving zone at the time you booked your jump for. From the moment you arrive at the zone, you will spend a maximum of 2-3 hours with us, during which we will complete the paperwork, train you before the jump, fit you with a jumpsuit and goggles, and download the footage from the ground - if you opted for video filming.

Video filming at our zones is carried out exclusively by camera flyers. This means that during your stay at the zone, a cameraman accompanies you, conducts an interview on the ground, then in the plane and accompanies you during freefall. The entire footage from your jump is then handed over to our editor, who cuts out the best moments and edits them into an amazing film.

Jump videos are delivered as a download link to the email address provided in the booking. The film is prepared within a maximum of three days from the moment of the jump.

Prices start at 979 zł for a tandem jump. Current amounts and packages — including filming and photos — can be found in the price list after selecting a zone.

Yes. The tandem set includes a main and reserve parachute as well as a safety device (AAD). You jump strapped to a licensed tandem instructor, and the weather always determines whether the jump takes place — in adverse conditions we simply arrange a new date.

Sportswear and full lace-up shoes are best. It is colder at altitude than on the ground, so bring a thin sweatshirt too. We provide goggles for the jump — you will wear them over your glasses as well.

Yes. For the jump you will receive goggles, which you also wear over prescription glasses. Contact lenses are not a problem either.

No — for safety reasons you do not jump with your own camera or GoPro. Your jump is recorded by our cameras mounted on the instructor's hands. You choose the package with filming and photos when booking.

The season lasts from April to October. The exact days in a given zone depend on the weather and schedule — available dates will be shown when booking.
